- Drink plenty of water and get a good night’s sleep before you go, then walk in. No appointment is needed.
- Complete the screening, medical questions and physical exam. Allow two to two and a half hours for this first visit.
- Receive your payment on the reloadable debit card after you donate, then come back for your second donation. CSL can only use your first donation once the second is complete, and first-month bonuses depend on finishing the required visits.

Who can donate plasma at CSL Plasma?
CSL says donors generally need to be in good health, aged 18 to 74, weigh at least 110 pounds and have a valid ID and a permanent address. You also can't have had a tattoo or piercing in the last four months. Final eligibility is decided at the centre after screening.
